This church is the real deal for anyone seeking a Christian understanding of the world. Or for those seeking Christian friends in Manhattan. The minister is warm and intelligent and delivers wonderful Bible-centered sermons. The music is a lovely combination of older traditional Anglican hymns with the addition of newer Protestant Gospel-centered music. The congregation of families and single people is friendly and loving. There is a really pleasant coffee hour or buffet lunch after the service. Also, the church sanctuary is in a really cool historic building.

My family has been going here for six months now and we absolutely love it. We really seek to live out the gospel and it shows in the warm community and solid preaching every week. Love this church!

Warm and welcoming community, gospel-centered preaching, genuine people! After service we socialize over Coffee and snacks, and often a small group goes out for lunch. We do have monthly potlucks where we get to share and experience God's love through some delicious homemade food. One should come and visit this church to experience our Lord's presence and I bet, you would want to come again! My Wife and I Love our Church Family!

Having an upbringing in modern evangelicalism and a winding journey into historical faith/Eastern Orthodox theology, EAC is a home where I learn from the diversity of others' beliefs (and can ask questions) while grounded in the truth of God and His word. I appreciate the community inside, and the focus on reaching out as well.

This is a friendly congregation. The preaching and music (a mix of traditional and contemporary) are fantastic. There's a good children's program, ministry opportunities, small groups and more. The pastor, Jim Salladin, studied at Regent in Canada and recently finished a PhD in theology. Once a month, there's a potluck, and on other Sundays, a group usually goes out for lunch together.
