I got acrylics with French tips. Probably the best looking manicure I have ever gotten! Kathy was very friendly and an intelligent conversationalist. She took her time and was very conscientious about making my nails look good, even though I was a walk-in.

I've been a client of Empire Nails for several years.  I have always found them to be professional and willing to provide their services based on my requests.   I will continue to take advantage of their experience in providing an excellent service.

We called ahead for an appointment for 4 pedicures. We arrived for our pedicures, picked out colors, and sat down. They only had two techs for four pedis. The massage chairs were weak, and two of them were not working at all. The two techs switched back and forth between us. I got the deluxe pedicure which the menu said was $36. It was supposed to include a massage and leg exfoliation. It was the quickest pedicure ever. All four of us (two got gel polish) were done in an hour. When we went to pay, I was charged $45. I said that wasn't correct, and the owner acted as if he had no idea what the prices were. Apparently they can charge you whatever price they feel is fair regardless of the menu. definitely would NOT recommend.

Well since I was forced to find a new place in Sedona do have my pedicure and manicure I gave  Empire Nails a try all based on the good reviews I read. And I have to agreed to those that had offer them 5 stars. The place was awesome clean, friendly, efficient and I did get the best pedicure and manicure ever. Thank You Kathie for taking a new customer last minute and Lee for such a good job, well done including my challenge ingrown nails. I must mentioned the massage I got was too the best... got out of Empire Nails prettier, happy and feeling honored by a great local business. Again thank You Empire Nails, I hope every one that read this review will give you too a try.
