When hubby and I decided to go to Sedona for our anniversary this past May, my first question to my travel agent was, " I always look to get a massage, can you recommend a spot?" Without hesitation she said " A Spa for You" I can not say enough about the massage my hubby and I received. Once I emailed Thea, she responded very quickly. We talked on the phone at length while she asked me all sorts of question. I went with the heart special- 90 minutes of Aroma healing with Sedona Experience. She incorporates a variety of techniques all designed just for me. I was hesitant about the "hot stones" as my one time experience was horrible.(all the person did is what ad showed....hot stones placed on back to warm muscles) However, Thea showed me how they are supposed to be used. WOW! the warm stones sliding over my back muscles with slight pressure was heavenly. Before my appointment we talked as Thea could sense I was really stressed. She has a very calming affect. I left there like a jelly fish. As for my hubby, he recently had shoulder surgery. His therapist worked wonders on him. He prefers deep tissue. The therapist manipulated areas that hadn't been used in 9 month. Do not hesitate to come here. It will be the best massage ever/ Thank you Thea and staff for giving us the best experience ever!

It was wonderful! They took the time to really understand our needs. For the new agey people, I had many, many pleasant visions and visitations. It was so relaxing, that I fell asleep at the end, and that rarely happens. I highly recommend this to round out your Sedona experience. We go to Sedona frequently and will make this a regular stop on our itinerary.

Just had a fantastic body work session with Thea. She was very thorough in uncovering any underlying issues i had and the explanation of her techniques before we got started. Left feeling totally relaxed and grateful to have met her. Thank you Thea!

Today I had a fantastic massage from Thea. She really paid attention to my needs and wants. Her technique was top notch.

Terribly rude and I would not recommend you making a reservation with A Spa For You! I was alarmed at how rude Thea (owner) was. Disappointing!!!
