I am very unhappy with my nails and service. I got an acrylic manicure by Quinn, I wanted them almond but they were rounded and shortly after I left, I noticed they were not even painted all the way up on my nail! They looked like they had been growing out for a week. So went back and he 'fixed' them. Again later noticed he hadn't painted all the way up on all of my nails. Only some were fixed. They started coming off within 4 days! I went back there to tell them I just wanted them taken off and to get my money back and he told me it was my fault they were coming off (I had clipped them because the rest had come off, they were coming off before I clipped them) he wouldn't listen to what I was saying and told me the nails are suppose to come off after 3 days. !!!!! I have never heard that anywhere before! I am VERY unhappy with my service and regret giving a tip!!! I will not ever go back there and be sure to let people know how horrible it was. I paid too much money for crap nails and rude service!

My husband and I went for pedicures while on holidays. While my husband needed one badly, the lady named Lucy remained unprofessional by continually showing how much skin was removed and making horrible faces. It is after all the profession they chose. At the end we paid and they asked for a tip. Crazy!

I am appalled at the service at Silky Nails in Sedona.  I'm waiting for a phone call back from the owner as to how this is going to be fixed. My friend and I both got pedicures and nails done. I was very happy with my pedicure,  the woman there did a phenomenal job but my friend said Tom, the man who did hers nothing with her cuticles and barely spent any time on her.  I'm not 100% happy with my nails,  they are a little thin for gel nails but my lady spent a lot of time on my hands so I didn't care too much.  I will have to get them redone sooner than normal though which is unfortunate.  My friends acrylic nails though are terrible. As you can see,  her nails are already lifting after 4 days time.  When she went to have them fixed they didn't believe that damage was there and argued with her until she was on the verge of tears. How can you treat someone like that? 

Silky Nails will not have ANY business from myself or anyone I know again.

💅🏻Absolutely Fabulous Experience. I live in West Sedona and Highly recommend Nails and Pedicures at Silky Nails.  They are very sanitary.  Plus, they have new pedi chairs AND all nail techs are very experienced.  This lovely little gem of a shop has been around Sedona for years!  Relax.....  It's Mani/Pedi Time!!! 👅
