I contacted Employee Advocates to help represented myself and my business.  Len was very responsive with in person meetings, phone calls, etc.  He is willing to listen and takes the time to give clear, concrete advice that has been extremely helpful! As the bookkeeper for my husband's small business, I was involved in the legal action my husband took against someone.  He was represented by Attorney McDermott. I was impressed by the attention he gave to my husband and his professionalism in managing the case which he won for him. I know my husband trusted him, a trust he does not give lightly. And I believe he sincerely had my husband's best interest at heart.

I hired Employee Advocates, LLC  to help me with a complicated and stressful divorce.  I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and care they showed me and my daughters.  I was informed and guided every step of the way through the process.  I feel that their professionalism and knowledge kept the costs honest and fair.  I was pleasantly surprised.

Attorney McDermott represented me at an unemployment appeal. My old employer lied about the reason they fired me and unemployment denied me. Attorney McDermott talked me through the process and filed the appeal for me. He helped me prepare and explained everything that would happen when we went to the hearing. He seemed very experienced and knowledgable about unemployment. I won my benefits and I would recommend him to anyone worried about their appeal.

I retained atty McDermott in February for a case against the state.  I've gotten no copies of filed paperwork and as of the last month or longer I have not received any responses to phone calls or emails. What's going on???

Charged 4,000 fro sending a letter i was told i could do myself. And sending a letter for 1/3 the when other places charge between 300-750 and thats top tier law firms. Hes a good laywer but i guess really busy as most calls were never returned.

I had a very good experience with Employee Advocates. They were responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone who needs a lawyer.
