Encino tile and grout cleaners worked a miracle with my carpets the other day. I needed some deep cleaning done because I wanted to rearrange my living room but since I had my living room arranged for quite some time the furniture, mostly the couches left a few marks and stains underneath. In order for me to rearrange my living room, I needed those stains out ASAP. I was able to get someone out the same day that worked out perfectly because I was planning to get all of this done in one day anyway. I called beforehand expecting a later appointment date but was excited when I could knock everything out in the same day. They arrived later in the afternoon as I had called early morning for services. The technician was such a great and personable guy and like I said he worked some magic on my carpets in my living room. I could tell he was well-experienced when he explained what type of process he'd be using and gave me some insight on what he was using. Great learning experience with these guys and I'll definitely be giving them a call again.

I found out about this company on here. Talk about a winner! The cleaning had way exceeded my expectation and so did the friendly carpet cleaner! He was such a good and genuine person! I had called on Encino tile and grout cleaners because of the highly touted yelp reviews and comments of satisfaction. I think the best part of everything was that I was actually able to get service to me within about 24 hours of my all! I was in the biggest rush in cleaning up a couple of spots of tomcat urine before it set too strong. The tech had even helped me in moving furniture and a vacuum. Great, great, great job! The carpet seems to be drying a lot faster than I've had remembered that it could! Fantastic

Talk about a situation. My cat had done a number on my bed while I was on vacation and I called Encino tile and grout cleaners after going through some reviews. The next day; he had came in (I was actually offered same day, but was not available). The tech not only got rid of a stain and the smell out of my mattress, he had also gotten rid of a stain which was in my carpet...since it was right next to my bed. I have done this once before and was charged a grip of money for mediocre results. The tech was extremely reasonable, efficient and he had done quite an excellent job. He was also extremely nice and polite to our family! Great business! I will call them back every time i have to clean something in my house for sure

I work for a moving company and guess what...things happen and carpets end up getting dirty sometimes! There there had come a day that I needed a reliable cleaning service to come out to the area and of course I had turned to this site. Well low and behold! I found Encino tile and grout cleaners. I had called and spoke with the head tech and he was pleasant from the very start! I explained to him the situation and what needed to be done and he completely understood everything and gave me such a great rate! Our client was then able to call him up and get an appointment at his convenience. I spoke with my client today in following up on how they had done and he said that they were just fantastic and would highly recommend them!!! I will definitely be using this company again if any accidents occur. although I wasn't able to see the final results; I am so glad my client is happy! Thanks!

I did not realize how bad our grout looked until paying closer attention. Upon further inspection I realized that our grout just was not the same color it was when we first had gotten our tiles installed in our living room. I searched up a service whom cleaned grout and landed on Encino tile and grout cleaners after doing online research. I called them up to see if they performed such services and they said yes! I asked them for a quote, and they gave me the best quote around. The next day the crew came at 9am and worked till 2 afternoon. Amazing people doing an amazing job. Thanks for the great job all-around gentlemen!
