Encino Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning eliminated the dust mite issues we had in our house in one visit. They vacuumed the entire area and then used a hot water extraction and our symptoms miraculously vanished. After that they cleaned out all of our air ducts. We have them return occasionally to prevent any new issues from occurring. If you are having respiratory distress at night or have any other symptoms I recommend calling Encino Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning.

Previous cleanings left spots and I had no sense that the carpet looked any different so, I resisted spending the money to do it again. I was planning on replacing it in a year but decided to have it cleaned in preparation for company. Wow, stains left by the previous cleaning came out in addition to many, many new ones and the carpet looks great. I waited a week to review to see what old stains would begin to show but so far nothing. Service and attention to detail were fabulous. I am a convert and will keep using this company and delay the cost and chaos of a full replacement!

I was impressed from the minute my call was answered to when the technician left. My questions were taken in a friendly, professional way. All relevant details confirmed back to me, and everything happened exactly as promised. The technicians arrived early in fact (called first of course), they were friendly, prompt, and worked well together to get upholstery clean. And the job they performed was very thorough. I am very pleased with Encino Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning. Great upholstery and carpet cleaning service, definitely recommend them to others.

Tech was able to get out some very stubborn stains. I am so pleased with his work and would recommend this business to anyone. Hard to find someone with such a good work ethic.

I only wish we had called them sooner. Our cat did a real number on the carpet in the soon-to-be nursery. Any cat owner knows it's next to impossible to get that nasty smell out. We tried with a wide variety of specialty pet store urine removers to no avail. As a last ditch effort before tearing up the carpet, we decided to give Encino Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning a call. They were up front that they couldn't guarantee pet stains disappear, but alleviated our concerns once they started the cleaning process. They eliminated the urine smell with a special sealant cleaner. We also have a big dog and were amazed at the dirt coming off our carpets. It certainly put our allergen and health concerns for the baby at rest. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you have pets and carpets. You would be pleasantly surprised.
