Very pleased with the services at Hilltop cleaners! They do a great job with tailoring and cleaning!

They do not care about customer satisfaction (c) Don't go here for tailoring. Instead of tailoring they do something you can do by yourself at home. Look at the pictures. I am not able to wear my top after this work and it's not eve neither. You won't believe this but I was charged for this 1 minute work $24 (instead of $35). I guess they gave me a discount for the bad work, and returned my top in oil and dirty besides all. And yes, I've been offered to leave it to the same person who did it to fix it... I said no. Update 12/19/17!!!! 1. RETURNED THINGS DAMAGED 2. DID NOT APOLOGIZE FOR DAMAGE 3. BLAMED ME IN BRINGING IT DAMAGED, THEN SAID IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME 3. CHARGED ME FOR RUINING MY CLOTH 4. MANAGER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION A week ago I left my jacket for the dry cleaning and when I came to pick it up, it was dirty. So I left it again. The story repeated. At the third time when I saw they couldn't clean the dust, I gave up and took it. When I came home, I found holes in my collar. I returned, they took my jacket to show to the manager and figure out what to do. They promised someone will call me same day. Nobody gave me a call. Next day someone named Joe with thick accent gave me a call and told me I brought something that was worn out and in his experience it happens all the time. My question was why didn't anyone warn me that this can happen? He replied that nobody knows when this can happen. Hello, you just mentioned your 25-year experience in that. He didn't answer my question why they returned my jacket dirty and damaged. Obviously I will not wear something with wholes in it, especially in the collar where everyone can see it. He told me that customer satisfaction doesn't matter to him and he is not reading reviews on google or yelp where people complain about the same situation. He said it doesn't matter. HELLO!! If you work in customer service, you MUST read everything and work with satisfaction. He didn't apologize. He blamed me in damaging my own expensive cloth. He didn't offer me not to pay for this cleaning. He was only afraid I'll make him pay the cost of jacket. IT DOESN'T MATTER FOR ME IF SOMEONE IS MOT SATISFIED, IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, IT'S NOT IMPORTANT", he said. Well, I don't pay someone who doesn't care about making me happy or satisfied.
