Great store! Employees are super knowledgeable and very helpful. Bought a pair of running shoes - ended up buying a new brand of shoe. Very impressed with their return policy, as I wasn't sure these new shoes would work. They said try them out... if they don't work, bring them back! Highly recommend the store.

Some awesome folks scheduled a visit from Endurance House to my workplace. I have double-wide feet and have a horrid time finding shoes to fit. Admittedly, when I scheduled the appointment and filled out the size survey, I wasn't sure they'd have wide enough shoes to fit my feet. They special-ordered shoes in my width that I was able to try on to ensure fit before I purchased. All in all, they were awesome people and I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking shoes.

Recently I started running regularly, but my shoes were about six years old. I have very little knowledge about what to look for in a shoe let alone knowing that how I run might influence what shoes to try. I don't think I could have found a better place to buy a running shoe, and learn about running in the process. The first thing they had me do was put on a tester shoe and use a treadmill (only for 10 seconds) so they could see how I run. We watched the playback of my feet, and I learned about my form and what that means for finding a good shoe. They asked about how much I want to run, and wanted to make sure I didn't have any injury concerns. Then they brought out three pairs, all which were more comfortable than any shoe I've ever tried. They encouraged me to run around the store to really try the shoes (can you imagine that in other stores?). I am exceptionally pleased with my visit and look forward to many runs with comfortable shoes.

Owner was very knowledgeable about the different shoes in store and the differences, and they also had Altra shoes!
