I recently took over this Skechers location, and i am pleased to say that we have a brand new staff and we are working very hard to change the culture of this store. We pride ourselves on having excellent customer service and making sure that all of our customers needs are met. I thank you all for your patience as I have just taken over in February and hired an all new staff.  I am very sorry for the terrible experiences you all may have had in the past, but i want to urge you to come back and give our store another shot as we strive to give you the best shoe buying experience as possible.

I bought two pairs last week and the woman pointed out it was 50% off another pair. Excellent footwear and the staff was great. Prices were well below same footwear at DSW right down the block. I'll definitely be back.

Came here last Friday there were two employees that were just hanging out talking neither of them greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I still ended up buying two pairs of shoes and even then I wasn't told to have a good day or thanks for shopping or anything. Next time I'll take my business where it will be  appreciated.

Went in to buy a couple pair of work shoes. Couldn't reach some of them but there were three people standing  behind the counter talking. Actually one with setting. Got to hear their whole story. Not one came out to ask anyone in the store could be helped. I left without buying anything.

Ok, so mi mane mhan coole got somme sketch-nit kicks, u know? And bru it cost likke 90$ u know wat I'm saying cu? So he wore dat heet 2 da gym u know? He wass liften 110 pounds u know? So he fought dat de foam was gana save his fet u now? But de foam got squished and now it broke ka? So mi mahns tried to return dem u know? But day didnt take dem back ka u know? De servace was a disgrace, plz help my mhans
