Wasted 3 weeks of my time. Promised it will be done 1st week of march. I had to stay in florida an additional week for then to do their work. 3 days after they promised they will start nobody shows up. 

I HAD TO CALL THEM to find out where they are. Then I am told they will start in the middle of the month, which would mean I need to spend MORE MONEY to stay in Florida. I cancelled the order and I am going to look for someone else.
 Had I known THEY would NOT DO THEIR JOB I would not waste my hard earned money and time with this HORRIBLE LYING COMPANY.

Did a great job not only when the tank was pumped we still had a back up and no drainage.
The tech relized calcium had clogged the line
He was able to unclog this which would be a plumers job with a snake and expensive.
Engelwood and this man did a great job
They exceeded my expectations

Englewood Environmental dropped my service agreement without any notice just before renewal after 12 years.  Left me in a jamb scrabbling to find another company to enter an agreement with while the county is sending me penalty notice letters.  All while we were having issues with our systems drainage field causing sinkholes in the yard.

weeks ago Englewood Environmental installed a septic system for us.  We bought our house a couple of months ago and as part of the appraisal process, we had a septic system inspection done, and the system failed.  So we had to replace the system and much to our chagrin, had to add an additional hoisting tank because the previous system was at water level.  Englewood Environmental was absolutely wonderful to work with.  Theentire staff from Reed, the general manager, Kathy, the office manager and the crew that did the installation did everything possible to make this experience as quick, efficient and painless as possible.  They were very knowledgeable, the prices competitive, and the service overall was just excellent.  We would heartily recommend them to anyone who needs new septic system installation and/or repair.
