Stopped by the office today. Very clean and pleasant office. Everyone is super respectful and professional! They even have complimentary coffee mugs by the front door you can have if you like. Of course I took one! Great company all around! Highly recommended!

Called in the morning, they arrived by 1p. Fixed clogged drain by 1:30 and billed half of what I expected. How does it get any better? Second positive experience with this company  out of two.

Very disappointed with Mike Douglas this time around. First experience was good but my second not so much. Came out to quote a kitchen remodel and did not receive quote via email nor did I get a follow up call. Called to ask for the quote and was told I would be getting a call "right back". three days later and nothing and still no quote. I'm not mad, I ended up finding someone to do the job and maybe they're busy which i understand but a call would have been nice.

The Plummer my rental co send didn’t really want to talk to me on my fiancé ‘s phone about the leaks on fawcets & told me that green residue with indication of wetness is normal , didn’t even bother looking at the shut of valve outside the property which is seaping all times ; I suppose it’s normal in Englewood Florida & didn’t even want to hear what I had to say & hand the phone to my fiancé & rushed out & told us to talk to the rental management 
Really ? We are paying for this rental property & we are considered customers 
Who gave this kid a Plumming license ? 
Very very disappointed with the professional Plumming.
Ps I owned 3 houses & rented 4 prior & know a lot about Plumming & have real Plummer friends in business

Mike Douglas Plumbing just finished replumbing most of our house. We had a hot water line break in the original copper Foundation Plumbing. They gave us the best price.  The work they did was fantastic and I could not be happier. They were on time and professional. When they were finished they cleaned everything up. Everything looks perfect! I would recommend them to anyone, and we plan to use them to finish the last bathroom when we are able to.
