Thursday morning I found water dripping from the tank of my toilet.  My first suspicion was that it was not a simple fix, because it wasn't leaking near the valve or the bottom center of the tank.  I had heard good things about GEM plumbing, and immediately called them.  An appointment was made for Thursday after lunch, and as luck would have it a technician was ultimately available before noon.  The technicians name was Clay.  He arrived at my home, and introduced himself in a very polite manner.  After introductions were made, he promptly went to work diagnosing the problem.  As it turned out, it wasn't the seal in the bottom center of the tank, it was an actual fracture in the tank itself.  Clay had to go back to the shop to get a complete new toilet.  He returned shortly and installed the new toilet in timely fashion.  Upon completion, he asked me to test the new installation, and the new toilet worked perfectly.  Clay went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, and he left my bathroom in the same clean condition as he found it.   The price for the replacement toilet was well within the range that I expected.  I highly recommend GEM plumbing and I certainly recommend Clay for any repairs.

When my in home water heater blew I called Gem because my landlord spoke highly of them.  Clay saved the day with his upbeat can do work ethic.  Had me a hot bath before my Halloween party.  Will never call anyone else!

Clay of Gem Statewide Plumbing did an absolutely fantastic job helping us get back to normalcy with our bathrooms! You guys are awesome and extremely punctual (which means a lot now a days!) and he even offered his assistance is helping me with my washer issue as well. Stand up guy! Definitely represents this business with class, integrity and professionalism. Will now make sure to always call Gem!

I was going to "Do it myself", but because the hot water tank was on a shelf, my wife convinced me to hire someone.  Boy did we luck out!  Not only was their price the best we found, but watching him work impressed me totally.  Could have simply replaced the unit, instead, he removed the old intake and return and replaced with new without an extra charge. Everything was very neat and left totally cleaned. They truly do care about their customers!

Wow these guys are awesome. Lou and his team did exactly everything they said they was going to do in a very professional and timely manner. Don't know what I would've done without these guys, they saved me a lot of money and a lot of heart ache. I would totally recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks, M.C.
