Amazing neighborhood branch with engaged staff, well-marked areas, and computers!  Wifi is available, and help is given when you asked! Though the selection of reading material is limited, requests can be placed for anything!

Each time I visit this branch the enviroment is clean and the people who work here are kind and helpful.

The picture on the outside of the building is charming!  The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.  There are plenty of computers. wifi for customers with their own devices, a fax and copier available for public use.  The branch is always clean, accessible (located at the Penn North subway stop)  CVS and Subway are directly across the street.  If you do not find what you need on the shelf, the staff will happily order it from another branch or through inter-library loan.  Although there were riots during April 2015, the library remained open the entire time due to the mutual respect between the library and the community.
