I loved everything about our car-buying experience here. My husband and I were prepared to settle on a car that was "good enough" because we were DONE with car dealerships. Enterprise showed us a totally different story. They listened to us, showed us what we asked for, and then gave us the space to come to a decision without pressure and without fantastical claims to get us to buy. Our sales-person, Melissa, wound up helping us on her day off, and she still never once rushed us for a decision.
All of the cars we drove were in top condition, and several of them had quite low mileage - including the one we bought! After car shopping for several months, the no-haggle pricing was honestly a relief - we knew what we were getting right off the bat, no disguises or hidden costs. 
And I think it goes without saying that we love the car we bought! We got so much more than what we were willing to settle for, and we didn't have to break our budget like we would have at almost any other dealership for the car we wanted. 
This, I think, is what happens when a dealership is not inherently dependent on the sales it makes. I would imagine Enterprise makes so much profit from the rental side of things that the car sales are just a bonus, so they can afford to be honest, direct, and customer-oriented instead of sales-oriented. For my family, that made ALL the difference.

This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. The entire team was professional and experience. My salesman, Rodney Haynes, was a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend anyone looking for a dependable quality used car consider Enterprise Car Sales in Shreveport. The most impressive aspect of our experience was the post transaction responsiveness; the sales manager committed without hesitation or pressure to replacing a tire on my vehicle that had picked up a nail on the trip back to Pineville. Very impressive customer service oriented team.

LeMont Morrison did an outstanding job with being understanding and patient with me throughout the entire car shopping experience.  He also was very knowledgeable on what cars would best fit my needs.  I will recommend anyone of my family and friends to not only give Enterprise car sales a chance but be sure to see LeMont for their next vehicle purchase.

Great car buying experience at Enterprise!  The car salesman, LeMont Morrison provided me with excellent, professional, fast, friendly, and courteous service!   No haggle or gimmicks!  Great car rates!  I will certainly buy from Enterprise Car Sales in Shreveport, LA again for all my vehicle needs!

Melissa and Saaed are fantastic! They will make sure you're well informed about every car you're interested in. They will not haggle you and they have a 7-day "no questions asked" return policy.
