After reviewing the reviews on the website anonymously & reaching out to the most famous car salesman by the name of Marshall Jones, I reached out to him and he took care of me from our very first conversation over the phone & my visit up until my purchase he was AWESOME!!!!.After being told No from everyone else Marshall got the Job done. Thanks Marshall for being honest and up front.

Me and my brother brought a vehicle about 3 weeks ago since we got it it has stopped on us twice (haven't even paid the first car note) the last time we were on the interstate with traffic going about 60mph and the car just cut off almost causing a very danger wreck we've taken the car back to Orr both times and nothing has been done about it the only thing is they have got in it and driven it around the block saying they don't see a problem.. to service the vehicular they won't us to "pay" just to take a look at the vehicle when we've only had it for  3weeks it's sad you go try and get a better vehicle but get screwed out of a deal apparently if this car was doing this it shouldn't have never been placed on the lot for sale....(the sales man was great) but I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from there if they're going to treat their customer like the way we,be been treated and just to add we've called three times to speak with the used car sales manager and no phone call has been returned yet. It would be nice to speak with the owner. Also had it towed in just the week and was told to come pick the car up came to get it again no one came to talk with me about the car the keys was at the first desk with no explanation of what was wrong with the vehicle. (Scared to even driven the vehicle)

I've spoken with Used car sales manager Tyler and the General Manager they are in the process of fixing the problem Thank them for being concerned and taken care of the customers need

This place is very affordable. And has an amazing service department! I would recommend this location to any friends needing Nissan service or repairs.

Thank you Rocky! Great guy, worked like crazy to get us fix up after all that we've been through. Hurricane Harvey evacuees starting fresh out here. The car we drove here in was on it last leg. Rocky and the ORR crew made sure we got a spacious, reliable car for our lil family. Thanks ORR, highly recommended to other families in need.
