me and my fiance gave jimmy granger a second chance and we were not disappointed. an amazing car that was still practically brand new. Carlos knew exactly what we needed and did us right. Got us a great deal. If you go there he is definitely the man to see. He understood our situation and made it happen for us and in a timely manner. Cant go wrong with him. I would give him tons of stars if i could.

Very friendly staff. I have been to a few places before coming here today and I should have came here first. Carlos worked with us on a car we liked and was able to get us into a car today. Unbelievable. Thank u for making us feel very welcome and being so kind.

After being turned down by so many other dealers I had given up. Just out of curiosity I said let me try them and would you know I got approved and got a luxury vehicle. From the time I got out of my aunt's car until my purchase was all done. Great people great place for my needs. I am a customer for life.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!! This company treats you like family and their vehicle selection is amazing. I can't think of a better place to buy a car no matter the situation because they have so many options.

Added the 2nd star because my credit was less than perfect and they did find me financing. Also because on my last encounter with them I did finally find someone who treated me with a little respect as a former customer and helped me although their last name was Granger so I think the Actual Granger family might operate on a level of appreciation for their customers since it is their business. BUT I feel they need to clean house! I’ve had bad encounters with the women at the Marshall office Rhonda and the receptionist. As well as Randi at the Shreveport office. They’re rude and disrespectful and have no idea how to treat paying customers. I had the worst experience just trying to cancel an extended warranty! When I called the Marshall office the receptionist told me I couldn’t cancel unless it was a total loss or transfer of lien. When I told her I was looking at a contract that said I could cancel at anytime she got an attitude and abruptly put me on hold. When she came back to the phone after asking Rhonda her whole tone changed and she told me to come in and fill the form out. Although she made it a point to tell me I wouldn’t receive any money directly as if that were the only reason I was cancelling. When I went Rhonda handed me a blank form that had none of my information on it and told me to sign it and they would get it done. When I told her I wanted a fax confirmation she got annoyed and had me fill the form out. Proceeded to get the run around for the next month when I inquired about how much would be sent back to my lender and eventually was given Randi as the person to contact in Shreveport. When I finally got in touch with Randi she didn’t ask for any of my info just said it takes 8 weeks and that it’s done through the warranty company. When I pressed harder to get info she put me on hold but before putting me on hold she mumbled”I don’t have time for this” then left me on hold until I got a voicemail. Called back and asked for manager or owner and got a Granger who promptly took my info, checked on my inquiry, called me back twice and got the info I needed in a bout twenty minutes. SO If Jimmy Granger cleans house and hires a better staff I might refer them but if not I’d never refer someone to their dealership to get the treatment that received from those women!
