Story

We are conveniently located in the Northwood Commons Shopping Center next to Ed's Fine Wines and Wild Birds Unlimited. Northwood Commons is on the southeast corner of the intersection of Enterprise Road and McMullen Booth Rd. Convenient location for Countryside, Safety Harbor, Northwood, north Clearwater, Oldsmar, northern Pinellas county and southern Pasco.

Receptionist was nice. However, this was the first time I've been at this animal hospital and I am forever traumatized. I still have nightmares of my cat coming here. I normally don't write post because I know this is someone's business and probably lively hood. So I won't go in to detail. But please be cautious and don't let anyone hurt your pet even if it is a veterinarian. You know your little family member more then anyone else. If you see them in pain because of what they are doing. Make them stop and leave! My cat came in for her yearly shots and left absolutely in pain and traumatized. Also, be aware of the up charges and unesseray products they'll try to get you to buy. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Dr. Plummer, Brooke at reception and Meegan (sp?) Were all wonderful for our baby's first visit. She got two booster shots, and they were so gentle and loving with her. Our 8 month old puppy was in excellent hands.

This was my first trip with my 11 year old dog. Dr Pola was great in explaining in detail what was happening with my dog and made suggestions for appropriate treatment. I loved my previous vet but I think Dr Pola will be even better for my pup!

Dr. Pola is by far the best veterinarian we have ever had. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and he has always been so patient and kind and willing to spend that extra time to answer any questions we have. He always follows through to make sure that any health issues are completely cleared up. We love him!

Dr. Pola and staff are some of the best! Wouldn't take my babies anywhere else!
