Needed a rental car at the last minute. It was 5:45 and Enterprise was closing at 6. I called, the rep recognized my phone number and immediately addressed me by name,  pulled up my account and made a reservation. I was at Enterprise 10 minutes later, they had a car ready for me, no paperwork needed, had my card on file, handed me the keys, told me I was good to go. This is what renting a car should be. Fast. Easy. Affordable.

Friendly staff even when handling a difficult customer. I only used this location to drop off a rental once.

I recently rented a large SUV for the Thanksgiving Holiday for a trip to Virginia. The vehicle was in great condition, very clean both inside and out. The customer service and rental experience was flawless. My Enterprise representative Brandon made the process flow smoothly. Would definitely rent from Flemington Enterprise in the future.
