The staff at Enterprise in Hillsborough is awesome! Josh and Vicky were very helpful, the car was ready when I arrived and check in was a few minutes. I was offered a pick up ride and also a ride home, I didn't need a ride but is was nice to know a ride was available. I will definitely rent a car there again, and send my friends and family there. Thank you Josh and Vicky!

Everyone be aware. Just because you make a reservation online with Enterprise does not mean that they actually have that car or any car for that matter. For some odd reason the reservations system is not linked to the inventory of actual cars available.

Great staff! When my car needed some body work from a minor accident I got a rental from this Enterprise location. This Enterprise has an arrangement with my insurance carrier so my out of pocket was minimal. I called before going to the auto body shop and was advised to call when I was on the way there. Once at the body shop the counter person called Enterprise for me. By the time my paperwork was done the Enterprise rep was there with a car. Back at their location I decided to take the car we drove in. That was my only mistake. I should have gone foreign instead of the FORD Focus. Well it was only for a week and it had a driver side mirror so what the heck. I called again when I went to pick up my car. Enterprise arranged to come get the car later at their convenience. All in all the location kept in communication with me via email throughout. I got my final bill via email and there were no surprises. I had previously used this location for a rental after selling my previous car and before the dealer could get my new car. I didn't like the first car and they had me drop by when the they had a good inventory. Again, the staff was excellent throughout the time I rented from them.

Hillsborough Enterprise Rent-A-Car is an outstanding business. They have been very helpful and key into all of the details of my rentals! I highly recommend using this Enterprise location!

The staff at this Enterprise is the best! I run a local company and have required a lot from these guys and they have always been able to accommodate us quickly and without any hassles. Even more so, they've always looked out for us. They called us to remind us about maintenance schedules and also to switch our vehicles out for ones that better suited our needs as they became available. The manager, Josh, is extrememly professional and friendly. He puts in the extra effort to make sure that his customers a satisfied. He's personally delivered vehicles to my place of business as well as walked me thru some complicated situations involving repairs. Not to mention he oversaw a personal rental for me in a location thousands of miles away from where he works and seemed happy to do so. Couldn't recommend these guys more highly.
