I recently was in a car accident and needed a rental. The process to get the car and drive it off the lot was very fast and easy. The girl helping me was very friendly and helpful. 

My only complaint, and this accounts for the missing star, is that it seemed that the floors hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. It's the first thing I noticed when I walked in.

I had made a reservation weeks in advance, Mike calls me the day of the rental to tell me They don't have any cars for me. They said that I can call around but that the other places would not give him a car but I should try to find one at the other enterprise locations. Instead I called Budget on North Bridge street and I got a a better Car Cheaper and with great service.

I called the 1-800 number to discuss it and they where no help they told me they couldn't find a car for me either that they don't have a "view" of available cars in the area. They said I would need to do the work of finding the car. I did the work in reserving weeks ahead of time. I needed the car when I reserved it. I needed help when I called the 1-800  what can you do for me now. You could have done what Budget on North Bridge Street just down the road did which was get me the car when I needed it.

I had a reservation to pick up a car at the end of the day.  Called in the afternoon because i wasn't going to make it on time and said i would be in first thing the next morning.  I was told this would be fine.  When i showed up the next morning the said my reservation had been moved to a "dummy" location as if i was a no show.  They also said there was no longer a car available for me.  Where the was reserved car went in the overnight hours is anyone's guess.

They did have an SUV available but now i'm paying double what i wanted to pay. (the alternative being walk 30 miles to work and my sneakers are not ready for that)

Still trying to call and swap vehicles but apparently they have no idea when cars are coming or going from their location.  Still looking for that reserved one.

EDIT:  Bumped the review up to 3 stars, Enterprise responded quickly and professionally to my complaints and made sure i was satisfied with the outcome.

The lady at the front desk, I can't remember her name, was very pleasant. I can't speak for anyone else who works there, but you definetly want to get this lady. Overall I had a great and easy renting experience with this location.

This really works for me; every time I need to bring my car to the shop I can rent a car from Enterprise with no hassle.  Great place to rent a car!
