The staff at the Central Ave location in Albany, NY were very accommodating. When I asked for a change in my reservation at the last minute, they kindly obliged even though they were very busy and about to close for the day. They followed up with a phone call on the next business day to find out if I was satisfied.  I was and I would highly recommend this company at this location.

Recently had to rent a car from Enterprise as someone side swiped my own car. This rental was from other party's insurance. I returned the rental car at the repair center (from where I picked it earlier), and happily drove home my repaired car thinking I shouldn't be charged much (if not anything). Because I only drove to my office, which is less than a mile from home and twice to the repair center -  all in all less than 30 miles. The one mistake I did was to not check the milage when returning the car and officially making a record of the fuel meter and the milage. Today I noticed a charge of $42 on my card and when called and questioned, they "gracefully" refunded $20. The refund statement I got in an email shows 160 miles driven in 3.5 days! Heck, I would not have even burnt a gallon of gas on that compact rental. So much for the big brand! :(

Matthew Snyder was by far the best ever.  In fact the entire staff was awesome. My trip started with a phone call from this location. Asking if I still was reserving the car I wanted. I quickly responded yes.  Renting from this location was $200 cheaper and only 2 miles away from the airport "ish" when I got there, after a pretty bad cab ride to the wrong location, the one at 900 central ave in Albany actually picked me up.   I was in and out in a very quick fashion. The car was the cleanest rental car ever and upon return Matthew Snyder was over the top. He was quick to help me get a ride back to the airport.  He was super friendly and just an all around good person. I can't wait to swing in again. Thank you guys for everything!

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and answered all my questions. When I got into an accident with my own car, they provided me with a beautiful 2018 Kia Sportage. It was similar to my car, so it didn't take me long at all to get comfortable driving it.
