They lie. They don't honor reservations. Horrible. Go to Alex.

Ms. Kat was very helpful getting me along with other service members in vehicles. She told me that I would be in a car by the end of the day at 1400. At 1519 I was in a car and on my way. She was very helpful.

The Enterprise at Ft Polk is an absolute joke. Completely stiffed me back in August, after I had reserved well in advance, then tried doing it again this week when I reserved a car. The story is too long to write about, but I hope they lose their contract to be a vendor on base. Shameful conduct.

APALLING SERVICE! DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS SERVICE MEMBERS! My boyfriend had a reservation to rent a car at 2PM today so that he could leave for the Thanksgiving weekend and be with family--something military members don't get to do often. At least, not single soldiers. Well, 5.5 HOURS passed and he still had no car! They kept telling him to wait just a little longer, and that "little longer" turned into 5.5 HOURS of waiting! They finally said he could go home and they would pick him up when they had a car for him. He was waiting until after their CLOSING hours and still got no call from them, so he walked (because he has no car, you see), in the flipping cold, back to the office, where he discovered they were loading a shuttle up of people to drive half an hour to a different location to get cars there. So, he gets in the shuttle. They get to this other location in DeRidder where he is given massive attitude by an Enterprise employee there. He requested his rental be comped since it's well past the time it was supposed to be. She said she could give him a whopping 15% off! Yippee! NOT. He said fine, but he just wants her to know this is ridiculous and, furthermore, makes him nervous about his December rental, which he needs to make it to the AIRPORT ON TIME to catch his flight home for freaking CHRISTMAS! (Emphasis is my own). She then saw fit to reply by remarking, "Well, you should be thankful you're at least getting a car here. We don't have to do this for you, you know. You are not guaranteed a car, only a rate." The HELL does that mean? Someone please explain that to me. How does a RENTAL CAR COMPANY conduct business by not guaranteeing RENTAL CARS to people who MAKE RESERVATIONS for said rental cars? People, nonetheless, who hardly get the chance to see family and friends in the first place?!?! OH--and that's not all. He finally gets a car, sure. But guess what? The tank is empty. Freaking empty. No gas in the car. They couldn't even fill the flipping car with gas for him. The car, mind you, that is about 6 hours late and dripping with insult at this point. Unacceptable. You should be ashamed, Enterprise. And you better not keep him from coming home this Christmas, either! For heaven's sake, we hardly get to see him as it is! So, eff you, Enterprise. Get your act together. If someone rents a car, have it available for them on time and in good condition--especially if they reserved it 6 WEEKS ahead of time. And don't be such A-holes to our service members. They don't see their families as much as they should, and you CERTAINLY aren't helping! Sincerely, Upset Girlfriend

Be warn military, if you are going to rent from the enterprise on post or in leesville, I highly suggest that you take a video camera with you. Record all around the car, inside, and most importantly record under the car. Sounds ridiculous, but it will be worth it later. Also do a hands on check, hell do a PMCS on the car before you sign that document. Make sure the fog lights don't fall out, make sure the bumper doesn't come off and ensure the under garment for the under carriage is in tact and not hanging.."yes actual happen".. And if after you sign the document and something was to break that you know was most likely from previous rental, then either one don't do like I did and have integrity and tell them cause they will charge you or your insurance.. Unless of course you bought their insurance. And if you have usaa, well they have contract with enterprise so they will most likely settle unless you have the proof you did not do it... And also the enterprise in leesville has this big huge curb that everybody drives up to and scrapes the undergarment of the car which does not get annotated, and at which will later fall off during your rental..also there was the same car I rented but a different color had the same damage opposite side, they were still renting it out and knew about it.. Smh... FYI. Be careful.
