Set up through insurance to rent a minivan or SUV on a Friday; I have a 3 yr old and 7 month old twins so I must have something with a third row seat to fit all the carseats. Called the store on Saturday morning to see if they had a vehicle for me; she said they didn't but they would check other stores in the area. By Saturday afternoon after calling six different stores they couldn't find anything. Called back on the next Wed to see if they had found anything, manager was the one to answer the phone and said they didn't have anything with a third row and would continue to call other stores; Friday rolls around (been a week now) and still haven't heard anything.

I booked a reservation for 8:00. Office was packed but Brandon helped me out as soon as he could. The car was amazing. The two green shirts, Timothy and Shelby, made sure my car was backed in and ready to go. I was happy with my service. 4 stars only because the Thai restaurant next door were rude to me for parking in their spaces. It's a public parking lot. I mean, they make alright food but that doesn't mean you are the parking lot ruler. You know what? Change my mind. Enterprise gets 5 stars because of Brandon, Shelby, and Timothy. Thai restaurant gets 3 stars for their alright food and rude parking "rules".

Was very disappointed with the service. I reserved a vehicle two weeks prior to my pick up date and the day prior to my pick up date I was called to confirm my time and I expressed at the time with the Enterprise rental person that I had an issue with my previous rental that the car wasn't there when I went to pick it up, they assured me that it was going to be there this time. 15 minutes prior to my pick up time Enterprise called me to inform me that they did not have a car for me and that they were sorry, they asked me to take a smaller vehicle and come in 30 minutes later so I did and when I arrived there still wasn't a vehicle for me, Enterprise then asked me to drive 40 minutes to another location to pick up a smaller vehicle. I don't think I'll be using them again.

They don't honor reservations, they are rude and they lie. Go to Alex.
