The worst and unhappiest experience in a long time. Prepaid online, spent $20 on a cab to get out there but I came away with NO CAR. Evidently the fine print states I must have $100 in my account. But I’d just taken that out and I showed the cash to the person in the office as proof. I was declined. So now my plans had to be canceled and although they were the ones who canceled, the reply showed I canceled and would be fined $150 !!!!  The rental was only $76!!!   Never, ever use this company. I can safely say I will never use them again.

I tried to rent a car, I had plenty of cash, I had plenty on my debit card. I don't have what u would call bad credit. But even after reserving the night before and with a confirmation number, I still couldn't rent a car. The lady working behind the desk was very rude and not helpful at all !! I think Budget Car Rentals should have to reimburse the 50.00 I had to pay to get a ride to their location. I would not recommend this place at all !!!!

The original place I got vehicle was excellent. I dropped vehicle off early at Alexandria LA airport at a drop box I had two make to different phone calls to get refunded back a hourly charge I shouldn't have been billed but eventually got it back.

Let me start off with how great the customer service is here. So much manners and respect. This is my go to spot if you’re looking for a weekly or monthly rental car to get by or for travels. Always a easy in and out process with budget and for that alone I highly recommend!

Booked online to be told by the store they don’t have enough cars for me! Very frustrating and a waste of time, not to mention they tied up my account and tried to charge me a $150 no show fee. Horrible customer service and unfriendly attitudes. This town is riddle with bad service and this place acts accordingly

Very rude and unprofessional people. I've tried doing business here twice and its been a nightmare both times. I've been over charged both times and I didn't get the difference I was owed when I turned the vehicle back in.

So easy and the customer service was amazing!! Will always be my go to for rentals!
