Enterprise rent-a-car is a customer service based business. The manager is always willing to help with any concerns or questions you might have. They do offer free pick up and drop off services, but I recommend calling ahead of time to arrange this. If you need a specialty vehicle, no problem. Again, call ahead and make the necessary arrangements. They do not accept cash, but you can get a money order or use a debit card. If you are paying in one of these methods, you would want to call and confirm their debit card policy ahead of time.

The staff in the Cranberry Twp location are the best.  I am a long time customer and have always had exceptional experiences at this office. If there was ever an issue they went above and beyond to remedy.  They provide some of the best customer service I have ever had.  Top notch!!! I highly recommend the Cranberry Twp location.  And finally, my many thanks to them!

I called one week in advance, made reservations for an SUV while my SUV was being repaired.  I was also pleased when they told me that they were able to come at 8am, because I work at 10am in Oakland.  The whole arrangement was a big FAIL. Well they showed up at 815am and showed up with two car options for me, told the young gentleman that I requested an SUV; and I would never make it up my driveway with that.  So he opted to give me his Ford Flex instead bc that's also a four wheel drive!!! At least that's what he tried to convince me anyways. I told him that I need an SUV and was not taking his Ford Flex. He got rude and sassy with me and then 2 seconds later apologized for it. Like even the people at the repair shop told him an all wheel drive vehicle is not the same as a 4 wheel drive vehicle; and if that's what I requested and they didn't deliver...I could just reschedule my repair until Enterprise gets their stuff together. So angry and so late for work!!!! I also didn't appreciate the enterprise agent trying to undermine my concerns for what I need, and trying to convince me that what he had was what I needed.....and that I don't know what a 4 wheel drive is!!!

While some of the associates here are friendly and dedicated to great customer service, I have found this to be inconsistent.  I'm a regular customer, and when I get an employee who has been there a while, I know I'll be taken care of.  But, turnover is high and it seems that I'm always working with someone new who does not value customer service.

This car was rented for a one day travel. I needed to be in Md at 11:00 and return by 6:00.
Due to your hrs I had to pick it up before you closed at noon. If it wasn't for that I would have picked it up at 5or six 
your typical closing time.
I would appreciate you making it a 1 day rental. 
We went to Bel Air Md and back. Check the mileage.   1 day. only 12 hrs. use

The answer to my request was no we can't do that . We rent on a 24 hr basis.
