I always have a great experience with renting cars from Enterprise. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I recently rented a car and the only thing that I could say I didn’t like was the fact that the car I reserved was not the car I was given. I reserved a full size and was given a suv. I traveled a very far distance and it cost me triple the amount of money for gas than if I would of received the full size car. Other than that everything was great. The staff did do their best to correct the problem the day I returned the car and they did take some money off the entire bill to try and compensate for me spending overly too much money on gas. I appreciate everything the staff did and how friendly they were while doing their best not to lose a customer.  I will always come back and rent from Enterprise. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

The staff was so helpful and considerate. I had to return my 1st vehicle due to a mechanical issue, but the management quickly replaced the car. They even offered me a additional perk without charge for the trouble. In addition, when running late returning the car, the pickup/drop-off service driver helped me bring in the groceries I stillI had in the car. I respect the way they handled the entire situation. For a professional, courteous, and considerate team of people--five stars and a big thank you!

Excellent, treated very well & very prompt attention & service. Even when there was a issue with the vehicle it was addressed & a follow-up response came right away. 
I will continue to use this company as a priority when ever I need a rental vehicle. :) :)
