I called to make a reservation two weeks in advance hoping that my request for a particular vehicle (Ford Transit) would be available because of the age of my passengers.. The rental was for a Church Trip.. When I arrived at the rental office the only Van that was available was the one that I requested to NOT rent. I had to drive to another location to find the Van that was close to the one we requested.. The Van we rented was not cleaned so I had to clean it myself.. The associates were helpful and friendly but it would make a much better experience for them and Enterprise to honor previous reservations and if they didn't to offer a discount and to make sure they don't place customers in dirty vehicles. This is the reason for a rating of 3, which I really feel is being generous.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY..!!WE RESERVED A CAR ONLINE ,GOT THERE HOUR LATER THEY DIDNT HAVE ONE OR ANY!!

My husband and I rented a jeep for a week and was very pleased. The store on the Bypass has wonderful customer service.  The manager is excellent at her job!
