Customer service was sub par
They did not have the type vehicle I wanted, and laughed at me when I asked to rent a different type vehicle at a discounted rate. They were not at all willing to be flexible, and did not seem to care if I took my business elsewhere. There are a few other rental places within a few miles, I'll spend my money at one of the competitors.

My car was damaged by something in the street moments earlier, & I needed a car to go out of town that evening.  The agent was helpful, friendly & professional.  I was surprised that there weren't more cars available; however, I stopped at another location who had no cars, it was a Thursday right before closing, & I didn't have a reservation so I was thankful she was able to find me a car that fit my purpose.  Service was quick, in, out & on the road in no time & without a problem.  Turn in was easy as well.  I would recommend this office to family, friends & anyone looking to rent a vehicle.  Thanks Enterprise!

They expect people to give a deposit yet they dont let you know until your there. Non informational

I have rented here several times. The manager said she would call me back and never returned my call. The last few times I rented from here the manager was rude and unprofessional. She acts like she is dazed and confused. The cars have also been filthy. I will not rent from here ever again.
