The team at the Scottsville Road enterprise are great they take care of your needs make sure you have a clean car and will answer all your questions in a professional manner I highly recommend this location for your rental car needs

These folks are the Bomb!!!  I had to rent a car from them during the snowstorm while mine was broke down.  While attempting to get home from work one day I took off sliding and hit a rail.  The rental car was hung up on the rail and non drivable,  but they brought me another car to where I wasand picked me up.  The service was incredible and because I have the insurance it didn't cost me a thing to get a replacement car. You can't beat it!

The people working here all seemed to be great employees,  especially Ryan and the gentleman who took me back to my car. That said, the policies of enterprise are inconvenient. The car had oil and engine lights come on. Nerve wracking. I've rented from them several times without issue. Their new policies probably means I'll go elsewhere in the future. I'd it was one time that I had to bring my life to the counter in utility bills, lease agreements, and such I'd be more understanding. The lady at the desk informed that anytime I use a debit card, I'd be seeing that kind of hassle. No thanks.

We had a great experience with the Bowling Green office. My wife was issued a loaner car through Enterprise and stated that they were friendly and extremely easy to work with.
