I've never had any issues the few times I needed to rent a car. The staff is friendly, they have decent hours allowing you to get on the road by 7:30-8am and they will pick you up to bring you to their location. Good rates and they have a good loyalty program

Always good service here and nice cars. Often get bumped up a class for free. Which is always fantastic. Staff are great and friendly.

I've been dealing with this Regent street location for over 10 years now. I've had nothing but great and friendly service each and every time. They weren't happy till I was happy. I still call around to find the best price on rentals, and I keep finding myself going here. I highly recommend this branch to anyone who needs a car rental.

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The booking was easy and they accommodated my pickup schedule. When there was a miscommunication with coverage, they happily fixed it after I had already made my payment and had the car for the weekend. I will certainly be renting with Enterprise on Regent St. again.
