It's really my husband that rents all the time with his business account, but he raves about how well the staff takes care of him at the Elk Grove Auto Mall location. Always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. He says he is very happy using Enterprise car rentals.

Had to rent a car through Enterprise due to an auto accident I had and my car was in the shop. The staff are amazing  they are all so nice and took the time to find me a car and made the whole process easy. everything was taken care of so smoothly all I had to do was pick up the car I couldn't have had a better experience and I had a really nice car for two weeks too!  I will definitely come back to them whenever I need to rent a car again!

The Enterprise on Elk Grove Blvd was by far the best. Unfortunately I had a bad experience at the Franklin Blvd location but the Enterprise in Elk Grove showed me what customer service, professionalism, and ability to communicate was all about. I was hesitant to use enterprise for my rental needs but I will definitely keep going to the Elk Grove location. They are fast, friendly, professional, kind, and explain anything you ask in details. Thank you Elk grove enterprise!!!
