I am extremely happy with my services here, I was in town visiting my family for 10 days and needed a car, everything was great! They really care about their customers and it shows!! They do anything they can to make sure you’re fully satisfied! I would highly recommend this location, Loren is very nice and helpful! I will definitely rent with Enrerprise in the future.

Very good experience at this location.  The rep swiped my Visa 3x due to "equipment issues" but it actually hit my account 3x, so beware of that.  And there's a B.S. "STADIUM SURCHARGE (3.25%)" they say is due to Spring Training Season... I was renting b/c my personal vehicle was in the shop!  They wouldn't waive it anyway.  Oh well, that's not the location's fault, it's corporate greed's fault, I get that.

A lady backed into my car on my birthday when I was in a store. I was having some body work done and was rented a vehicle from here. I was given a Nissan Rogue, and it was very well maintained and had around 23,000 miles on it. They picked me up at the auto body place, and they were able to pick up the vehicle from there too when I was done with it. It was a very straight forward in and out process, and the lady who backed into me's insurance paid for the whole thing. Honestly I was expecting a much bigger headache, and was very relieved to find a very suitable substitute vehicle while I waited for my car's repairs. They refunded me the deposit, and I'm happy to say there was absolutely no negative experiences that I would be able to bring up to lower my rating for these guys at this time. If any employees are reading this, good job and thank you for making this experience much less of a headache!

My service was mediocre and I am a long time Silver preferred Enterprise customer. Charges were not disclosed when adding a driver and when I left a message for a call back my call was not returned. I called back and stayed on hold until I could speak to manager. I requested a new billing receipt with the correct charges and never received it. I hope service improves.

Got one of my rentals here and they actually upgraded my car so grey service and a decent selection of rentals. Now do make sure that you come in with insurance information just to help things go fast.
