I wanted to give this location a great review, but sadly, I cannot. I was in a wreck in Mesa on my way to my parents' home and I brought my car into Service King. My insurance company said they had an agreement with Enterprise. I was hopeful I could get a car quickly and begin to put the experience behind me. This was not the case, After waiting 30 minutes (after a wreck) I was told there would be no car for another 2-3 hours. I took an Uber to the Sunnyslope location (AMAZING) to get the car. When I returned the car, it took more than 30 minutes and the workers were very unorganized and unprofessional. I was alarmed that the Enterprise at a collision center was so unorganized and unprofessional. Others seemed to be having the same problem.

Best rental car experience I have EVER had!! The staff is absolutely incredible. I was having my car worked on and knew I was going to be in a rental car for awhile (which is always not fun) and I really wanted a specific car. The staff went out of their way to make phone calls to other stores to get me exactly what I wanted (more than what I wanted). I have never received such amazing customer service and will tell everyone needing a rental to go to them. China, Maria and Mike you guys are amazing!! RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!

The car was not ready at the requested pick-up time. I was told there would be a 30 minute wait. 
The staff was friendly and helpful. 
Altogether, above average for a car rental place given that the bar is low.

Very friendly and professional staff.  I've rented from Enterprise at this location before and I will continue to do so.  Good experience.  Clean truck that worked well.

The staff here is simply AMAZING!!  I was renting vehicles for three months because of an accident I was involved in, with a trip to NY in between.  Ryan, Kevin and Carmen went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule, vehicle requests and arranged for me to have a vehicle upon return from my vacation. They have truly made this entire experience that much better .  I have rented before from other branches and other companies and I must say I have NEVER been taken care of like this!!  Their personal touch, care, patience and understanding is EXACTLY what consumers are looking for.  A special thanks to you guys for doing what you do!!
