I would give them negative If I could. Hertz Rent A Car has really low standards to give a franchise to people like these. These people have no accountability for their actions. We booked a car six weeks prior to our trip. On arrival we were told they had no cars available. But, they were willing to get a car for us for almost four times more than what we were quoted from a different location.

We have rented from this location on six different occasions and they have always gone above and beyond for us. Highly recommended.

When I needed to have some body work done at Rapid Collision, Nate told me about the Hertz rental center right in their office. Sarah was very courteous and was able to quickly get me a car at a great rate (Rapid's discount). When the work on my car was done a day early (Thanks Rapid), I walked in and Sarah took care of me right away and adjusted my final bill. I will recommend Sarah (and this Hertz location) when we have visitors, not just for the next time I crack up my car!
