Great experience renting and great selection of vehicles. For the most part, car rental agency’s are alike, but what makes some of them amazing is the customer experience. Brad and Tony were incredibly helpful, flexible, kind and accommodating. If you live in Leesburg or surrounding area give them a call.

Absolutely horrible experience. I had issues with the work done on my car at the collision shop and they said they would take care of the charge. Enterprise still charged me 3 months later and said the collision shop did not pay. I never authorized them to charge me for this, and it's not my fault that the collision shop did not pay. Take some time to collect the money from them instead of charging me. After several calls to the collision shop, and several calls to Enterprise, I finally thought I had fixed the situation. Fast forward a month and I still don't have a refund to my card. Now I've called Enterprise 3 more times and they've ensured me that I would get a refund. I've still gotten nothing. Now I've been sitting on hold with them for an hour and told them I am not hanging up until I get a refund. Never again will I use an Enterprise...

My wife Had a car Rental for almost a year with Enterprise. And within that year there were times were our rental went a couple days over due at which point they would just go ahead take money out of our account to cover the Rental. Which we had know problem with. So here we are again with the same situation, they take the money, we come in to sign the new agreement no big deal. This time however they take the keys and say    we cant rent you the car again.. We were not prepared for that considering we had plans with the Children we had to cancel. My wife literally started crying in the office! All we were told was that we went to bat for you (what ever that means) but our corporate office said so and there`s nothing they can do but offered to give us a ride home....After giving Enterprise over $10,000 over the past year I thought we could be treated better then that! We will never use Enterprise again because of the situation!....Very disappointed ex customer!

Enterprise is a convenient and affordable company to rent vehicles. My experience has been pleasant. The Reps. are always professional and friendly at the same time throughout my service.
