I recently rented a minivan from this location. I had to wait in the lobby for about 30 min for someone to assist me. There was a manager on a computer all that time while I was waiting for assistance... However, Mr. Nour finally came in and provided exceptional customer service. He was very polite, professional, and patient with me. He answered all my questions and went over the agreement in detail.

I was nervous about booking two months in advance and wondering if Enterprise would still have my rental vehicle ready. However, everything went great. I got a call the day before pickup to confirm the reservation, and it was ready to go at the specified time. Had no issues with the vehicle Chrysler Pacifica - was clean and drove fine. The pickup and drop-off were both quick and the staff at the Gaithersburg office were polite, answered all of my questions, and got me on my way quickly. Will definitely consider renting here again!

Expected a better conditioned car. Floor carpets are torn. Gas tank was not full. So, it was next to impossible to fill the tank to that level. Please see what you can do to improve on these.

I can understand team members don't know their job. However, the Manager is supposed to give the good example. They charged me $62.21 extra on my credit card. It is a Scam. They didn't even let me know. Why are you giving the customer $30/day car knowing the insurance is paying $25/day. They didn't even call me first. I went to their office this morning and the Manager was lying as hell. I would not recommend Enterprise to anyone. That was my first and last time dealing with them. Fortunately, the insurance agent was really nice. I got reimbursed by the insurance.

This branch has been my preferred car rental location however I cannot tolerate the incompetent and unprofessional staff. The assistant manager stated he would refund charges to my card and did not do what he said. The manager avoids conflict by allowing his staff to serve customers with a bad attitude.  Too many excuses and poor management. Lack of leadership and training causes these low star reviews. The staff's lack of excellent customer service for their customers is loud and clear! I will not support this branch and recommend this location to other government employees. You have had so many opportunities to improve and you choose to continue offering services at a 1 or 2 star level.

I am very happy with my experience at the Gaithersburg location! I was helped by Nour! It was my first time here as the enterprise location I initially went to gave me a car that was due for an oil change and was shaking a lot. I gave this location a call to see if they can swap out the car for me since the original location was further out. Without hesitation they invited me to come in and change it with no questions and gave me a car I was more comfortable with. Usually I spend an hour at enterprise getting set up with a car but I was ready to go in no time and drop off was a breeze. This will be my go-to location moving forward, thanks again Nour!

Jarron Williams is an excellent aast. manager at the North Gaithersburg location.  He knowledgeable, patient, took time to answer all my questions regarding the car I rented.  He is an asset to your Company!

I loved the team work between Nolan and Gustan at the Gaithersburg location as they worked together to check me in, wash a car and check me out.  These two friendly guys worked  smoothly as a team to accommodate the customers in the store.  My local Enterprise store "Germantown" is horrible.  I had to call them to find out why they didn't arrive at my house with a car at the scheduled time.  They then wanted to put me in a sedan vs the SUV which I requested.  On my time, they wanted me to come back when they had the SUV for a swap and that swap couldn't be on the weekend because they are short on staff.  I would choose Gaithersburg's location on the next rental.

Outstanding customer service.  They took compl;ete care of my needs, answered all my questions and quickly got me on my way in a very clean, comfortable ride.

I thank kareem Matthew  you for your help. He is a kind person who helped me get the car. I wish him success. I got his car and he helped me.
