The employees there are awesome!!!! I had some issues in dealing with my credit card company and the gentleman (forgot his name) let me use the phone to try and get them worked out. Tony (i think he’s a manager) called when the car I booked was not available. He still got me in a vehicle that allowed me and my family to enjoy our stay-cation. If I could change one thing it would be to have familiar workers. Other than that I can’t complain because enterprise must maintain a high standard for their employees. I have had all pleasant experiences with your company

I’m really not a morning person but my experience with Mia (don’t have card in front of me with her last name) but her middle name is Rhysse! 😁She has the most pleasant attitude, that smile and her customer service is superb. Thank you again and I hope she’s there when I go back for my next rental!

I rate zero (0) star. I will NEVER rent a car from this location again. The rentals always have something wrong, scratches, dents, bumper falling off, etc . The staff come out with a tablet and tell you all damages is marked but really they are not; have you sign the tablet, then tell you the paperwork will be emailed but you never receive it. Then when you bring the rental back, the staff tell you a claim against your insurance have to be filed. The BOY that checked me out for the rental know the marks on the car was there when I picked up the rental, and when asked by a manager was he aware of the scratches, he hesitated and said no to save himself from getting in trouble. It is not ethical to lie to save your job. The truth shall set you free . But remember, GOD see and KARMA do not forget!! You can not do good people wrong abd expect good to come to you .

Everyone I interacted with were amazing! The location is within mins of my house. Great location as well too! They were busy one morning but still handled everyone in a professional manner! The first car I received had a little smell, they gladly switched me into another one the next day! I would recommend this Enterprise to anyone in the Stockbridge area!

I have been doing business with Enterprise for many years and love the service.  The young women and men who give us service are friendly and very professional.  They even remember me, when I come in.  This shows they are very aware of the customers that comes back frequently.  I appreciate this kind of service.  I also love that Enterprise will pick you up and return you home.  Thank you!
