Great Service!  I was initially assisted by Diamond, who ensured the process went smoothly. She was very personable and outgoing which made the process more... Human. Called to extend my rental amd it was as simple as a 2 minute call to give my name and verify the new return date. I would recommend for anyone needing fast service with people who were not stiff as a board in the personality department.

Not only did we had reservations but  it took over an hour to get our vehicle after we had to take an Uber to get there because they said it would be 3 hours before they could pick us up. We get there and the staff is slow and seemingly uninterested and hugely ignorant to our needs. The car was filthy on the inside with what looks like ashes and pollen. All they did was run the car through a car wash. Gross and unprofessional.
