Enterprise provided very prompt and Professional Service. They greeted me at the door letting me know that someone would be with me as soon as the next available employee was free. I am always treated with respect by Enterprise even when they are crowded. The staff is well trained in providing professional customer service.

These guys provide awesome service and the staff is very friendly. They treated me just like family when I went in for my first rental. Not only that, they made the rental process so easy and stress free! I will definitely be renting with them again! 👌🏾

My visit to Enterprise was the highlight of my day. Let me go ahead and say your management trainee program is awesome. Shion Randolph, you are an amazing person. She handled me with so much patients and she was very professional and friendly the entire way through which lets me know she truly cares for everyone who walks through Enterprise doors. Thank you so much

This location is full of scams and tricks and I will be reporting it to my insurance company and your corporate office. My husband was tricked into paying for damage waiver insurance. This rental is until our vehicle is fixed and the agent made the contract for one day so she can sell him the insurance. I use to work for a rental car company so I know how it is, I am beyond upset right now. When I called to find out if they had any vehicles available, I was asked was size I was looking for. As soon as I said I was an insurance rental they are sold out and the deposit magically changed from $50 to $150 because my vehicle was not in a shop around that area, BS!! I called Nationwide and was told I am only suppose to pay a $50 deposit nothing else. I'm livid that they would take advantage of people. I will not stop until this is fixed. This is a disgusting way of doing business, especially when you have a contract with a company. You can't just make up rules and do what you want as you go!!!

Brian made my experience memorable... he went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied. When I returned from my trip I wanted to tell him personally how much I appreciated his professionalism; However, I was informed that he had been moved to the Riverdale location...I hope it was a promotion. Brian is definitely an asset to Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
