I'm in here often for the "weekend special"  because I find it to be a great way to try a specific vehicle that I may want to purchase in the  near future (I've been car shopping for a while now) and getting to drive a specific vehicle for a weekend rather than a quick "test drive," will tell you more about whether it'll work for you long term. The employees here are very helpful and willing to work with me on getting a vehicle I haven't tried yet. And understand why I'm requesting specific types of cars and willing to work with me on it.

I was working through the temp service here; there was one nice and courteous fellow working there who had a positive attitude and was nice to me; the others only looked at me as if I were a three-headed beast or something to that effect. 

The manager and two lot employees who were "training" me seemed to regard me as a subject to be openly discussed and watched as a science experiment; they would stand for 15 minutes or more, facing my direction while apparently discussing their opinions of me. They watched me walk this and thataway, turning heads to speak, then nod in agreement...stand stationary without any words, then one would say something and the other two would respond, all the while watching me as I walked. It made me extremely uncomfortable, especially when I would be approached and dismissed for the day as if I were taking up space and time, and were more a burden than boon. 

It would have helped to have proper guidance and training, rather than a group of cronies making me feel like a high school outsider who wasn't hip enough to be at the popular kids' lunch table. 

I'd never recommend this place to anyone for any reason, regardless of their customer treatment. I decided to quit that place, I just couldn't keep going in and feeling like a test subject or lab rat and regarded as subhuman. Julian and the 2 lot guys, I'm embarrassed for all of you.

Horrible experience, assistant manager and manager lied to me regarding a reservation I had  period they did not honor my online ends of reservation in any way sent me off driving a Enterprise vehicle with a broken window telling me that their Branch cannot help me. After further research I understood what was there hidden intention and I'm definitely going to escalate this to the regional manager who I am in contact with.

the people were very nice and helpful.  the rates at the Thornton Colorado office were great. i will definitely rent again

Great experience.  I used them to rent a car for 2 months after a car accident.   After seeing how one chiropractor gouged my insurance company I was pleasantly surprised that Enterprise didn't charge high rates to the insurance company.   The service was great and the car ran really well.  Thanks!
