I reserved a Midsize SUV weeks ahead of time. When I got there issues galore. First they didn't have a Midsize SUV when at the time I reserved it at. Second I had to go with a smaller dirty SUV because I didn't want to cancel my trip. No discount or adjustments to the original pricing whatsoever... Usually when they are short cars they give you a free upgrade to a larger class vehicle. I was shorted the wrong way! When I returned it on the same day as my reservation I was either charged at a different rate or charged some other BS fees because I was charged almost 50% more than reservation price! This place is just horrible. STAY AWAY! I have used Enterprise, Hertz, Alamo, Budget/Avis. They've all been good if not great but this specific Budget/Avis location has been by far the worst.  My recommendation is to STAY TF AWAY! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND ISSUES!
