I needed a car for about a week and a half while mine was in the body shop.  There was a slight mix up with confirming my rental (they didn't have my phone number correct) but it was fixed very quickly, and everyone I worked with was polite and helpful.  The car I was given was clean and in good working order.  The $15 daily insurance rate they offer is kinda steep, but I didn't want to have something go wrong and then get a claim on my own insurance.

I have never had a bad experience renting from this location! I have observed some really bad behavior from customers on more than one occasion , but the staff will not be baited! Cool, calm, professionals- every time.

the experience was good.  My only suggestion is to orient the driver more on the eccentricities of the vehicle - in this case, the fact that the key fob opened different doors in different ways than one would normally expect.

I was told by enterprise they would take care of everything with the insurance for no fault that I don't have to worry about anything when I picked up my rental car. I have accrued numerous charges on my credit card instead of them following up like they said would happen. Jeremy pointed the finger stating the insurance didn't pay and this has to do with the accounting department. He was not very helpful and just used the blame game.  He told me he would have a manager call me and he did not call me back.  I called the insurance company myself to find out what was going on and then the insurance contacted the manager Chris to fix the situation. I never received a call back from Chris to let me know that he was making adjustments to my credit card. He just took it upon himself to do it without letting me know so of course when I look at my account and see more transactions I called him myself. He states that's what I signed for so they can charge my credit card when they need to. Of course when you see all of these transactions as a customer you are upset. Chris did not want to take the time as a manager to hear me out and got very defensive and unprofessional to get me off the phone and stated to me he took care of it with the insurance. As a manager he should have known to contact the customer to let me know what was going on and what he was doing with my credit card.  this place is a complete nightmare to deal with. I have used much better rental companies and will not do buisness with enterprise again after this.
