What a horrible nightmare!
in 25 years my car was t-boned for the first time in my life. I went to Enterprise in Harriman NY ( where ins. told me to ) to get the rental. They did something wrong in their system that it was showing like I rented the car on my own, not by the insurance case. (Thanks Mike need to pay more attention at work). The car smelled like smock, so I had to exchange it the next day. Valentina said she fixed I
what ever needed to be fixed , since she was on the phone with ins co getting claim number and making adjustments. I had the rental for 11 days. 
 I was supposed to be charged $25.49 per day, plus tax 11% and 8.12%, which equals to $334. 
they charged my credit card $632.54.
I am trying to get my money back ever since. 
Valentina got promotion and don't work in that location anymore. New manager cant help me. Called corporate office 3 times. Then the manager Even called me back, left message that I will get my refund in 3 days, that was over a week ago!!! Called corporate again, the guy named Brandon called me back, said he li looking in to account. Still no result as of now!
Looks like I have no CHOICE LIKE TO PUT STOP PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE.

They are pleasant and communication with them was great! The Yukon is the best way to go if traveling with your family.

Not happy, I reserved  the car in goshen, ny and it was not available  the day I pick up. I got send out to Harriman branch to pick up. When I return at goshen branch , the rep told me car was dent but it never got dent. He was looking at the curved of the car and assuming  it was dented.

A lot of overcrowding. Not good management. Scheduling is way way off and vehicles are never really clean.
