Horrible Enterprise location.  This is the third car that I've rented from them that had malfunctioning or worn out windshield wipers and / or the washer feature did not work.  They clearly do not pay attention to their cars when they're being returned, or simply don't care.  This being winter in Jackson Hole makes it absolutely vital that snow, mud, etc., can be cleared safely from a windshield purely for safety reasons.  I've actually had to go to the NAPA store in Jackson and get parts for these cars.  What a joke!

Excellent, personal, friendly, professional, courteous, and high quality, low-mileage vehicles at great pricing! Everyone at this Enterprise location was delightful to deal with, from Jeff to Melissa to Reed to Shane (especially Shane, who provided us with a free upgrade). A+++++ customer service and treatment. Enthusiastically recommended.

Great service! They upgraded me for free an economy car to a Jeep Compass (compact SUV), and since I'm completely not car savvy, it was a great move considering I was driving to Yellowstone. 
The staff were also very helpful in asking (and providing!) directions of where I was going, giving advice for best routes to avoid wildlife at that time of night, and even giving me a free can of bear spray when they learned that I was hiking alone. 
Also - great prices for a one way drop off, and the rental agency is in the airport so no need for a shuttle!

The tires, while legal, were totally unsatisfactory for a car driven in Jackson Hole in the winter. I've been coming to JAC for 30 years, and never had such trouble with a rental car.  Barely made the turn out of the airport onto the highway.  Took 3 tries to get out of my friends relativity normal driveway.  If someone kills themselves, I'm sure you will rest well knowing "The tires were legal."

The rental process was perfectly easy. The car was in good shape. it's easy to pick up and drop off at this small airport.
