Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We went on a road trip last summer and rented from an Enterprise in MN. When we came to Wyoming the check engine light came on. The staff here was extremely helpful with making phone calls to repair shops, giving contact information and calling other Enterprises along our route to see if we could get it checked in a shop or switched. They definitely went above and beyond and we appreciated all of their help.

I flew into Gillette for a 4th of July camping trip. The shuttle picked me up at the airport and brought me to Enterprise pretty quick. The car rental place itself was absolutely packed. It was pretty hectic and since I had a reservation I just sat down and waited my turn. I could hear some of the customers being rude and mean to the staff because it was so hectic and they didn't have many cars left. Eventually Rosalie Miller came came over to help me with my reservation. Even though what I reserved wasn't available she still helped me out with an acceptable replacement and was very professional despite dealing with a crazy afternoon and some rude and impatient customers. I would recommend the Enterprise in Gillette to anyone and especially wanted to praise Rosalie Miller for a good experience. Thank you for your help.

Staff is friendly, location is in-town instead of at the airport, and they offer free pick-up and drop-off.

It was unexpected and really appreciated to have my vehicle waiting at the airport door when I landed. I will certainly rent from Enterprise when I am next in Gillette.
