I was renting from the Rochester location but because of the excellent customer care from Dusty which moved to the Dover location this is where I rent from now. Dusty is a complete professional.

I was an accident on January 28th 2014. My car has $8000 worth of damage and will not be completed until the end of February. I was in a panic as how I'd get to work to pay for the repairs. Erik at this location is so compassionate, helpful and overall excellent in customer service! He's really been working with me so I can continue to drive my rental without going bankrupt. I can't wait to meet his wife in the Laconia location when I have to drop it off. I will only rent from Enterprise from now on and hopefully I won't need to, at least due to an accident. This whole ordeal has restored my faith in humanity. I am truly grateful!
