Good service folks. Van vehicle was dangerous. No visibilty making turns turning left as mirrors and lack of window created no visibility if merging or turning left. That said sales team was efficient and friendly. Cost was somewhat high for 3 day rental. Over $150 per day for local rental.

Every time I rent from here, I'm disappointed. This time I reserved an SUV, and when I arrived a little late, they had sent someone out in my rented SUV to pick up another customer. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to return and clean my SUV again. It was clean and a good car (although high mileage for a rental at over 20,000), but it had less than a half tank of gas in it to start. The people are always very friendly and personable, but the level of service is just not there.

The staff were friendly and courteous, the car was a good value. I would have given 5 stars, but after leaving the rental place, we discovered the nav sysrem was set to French, kilometers and celsius, and didn't really have time to turn around and get it corrected. There was no hard copy instruction manual, so getting it back to speaking English was rather difficult as all prompts were in French! We didn't bother resetting the mileage (kilometerage?) or temperature, as they were easy enough to estimate in miles and farenheit. Hope the staff corrected this for the next customers though.
