The car was waiting at the terminal when I arrived on the bus from the airport. The paperwork had been prepared & I only had to review & sign before I was ready to leave. I was able to return the car to the terminal location. Very efficient reservation process. One small issue...no ice/snow scraper in the car which was needed during the days it snowed.

I have been renting cars from this location for several months now. I must say,the employees there are too notch! Each and every time has been a very pleasant experience and the choice of vehicles has been fantastic. Highly recommend

We rented a Jeep Cherokee from this location on 30th Dec. In Newington, on the way to NYC, we were stopped in a line of traffic. Suddenly with my foot on the brake the car jumped forward hitting the car in front which then hit the car in front of them. Within seconds the car launced forward again. The police came - saw there was no reason to charge me. After about 90 minutes Enterprise offered for us to collect a car 30 miles in the wrong direction. My wife refused the offer and will not use Enterprise again. We hired an Uber for the remaining 120 miles.  We contacted Tory and David at the Portsmouth location 5 times - they promised to return my calls they did not. Torey said "we are not authorised to make overseas calls' by now I am back in South America. I told her that 6 times I had left my e mail address. The treatment from the Enterprise staff has been far beyond very, very poor. They show no concern about what could have been literally a deadly issue. The matter has now been put in the hands of a settlement agency. The agency e mailed me - they said they could only find one similar issue on the net. However, in 20 minutes I found 6 similar issues re sudden unintended acceleration"   What could have been resolved 10 or 12 days ago will now end in the hands of lawyers.

Rented a car memorial day weekend and had an amazing experience! Received a free upgrade (on our intermediate car) and when returning we were warmly received by Liam and dropped off at the bus terminal. Will definitely rent here again ;)
