I travel for business and rent from Enterprise Medina, it is a win/win situation. The cars are always clean and in excellent condition and the service is excellent. The first win is that I often drive well over 1000 Miles per trip and those miles aren't on my car. The second is that my company pays slightly more than average for mileage, renting even with insurance costs the company less. Last week I drove 2200 miles and saved the company $450.00. For my department that's money I can apply to next months travel budget.

2 issues!! Insurance company had a car waiting on me at repair facility, i did not pick it out, Insurance told them a full size vehicle no more than 30 dollars a day allotment,(insurance company fantastic) Enterprise chose the car to bring me (i also spoke with them before coming and told them the same thing my car was full sized and i would like something around the same but NOT over what the insurance will pay!). We looked at the car for damage and noted anything seen, they asked if i wanted to prepay for the gas that was already in there, i said yes, they charged me 20 bucks on the paperwork @ 1.79 a gallon, so i paid for the gas in the car that was just below a half a tank.... well to me if the gas already in there and, i prepaid for, then i just need to bring it back basically on empty because i paid for gas...but! when i returned they said i needed to put the same amount of gas back in that i left with, well what did i prepay for? why would i pay for the gas already in there that someone else paid for and leave the tank on what i started with? That is a bait and switch to me...they charged me again for bringing it back on 1/4 tank... the SECOND ISSUE is they took a 50.00 deposit to hold for damages After i return the car at the repair shop they said they would pick it up there, they charged my card 64.31 and 14.31, the 14.31 they said was for gas, well i prepaid for gas so why am i being charged again?, Second they tell me the 64.31 is for taxes and fees, WHAT you dont pay that on a rental thru the Insurance company, i told them my rental insurance was for 30.00 a day and that was the limit, NEVER DID THEY say the rental THEY PICKED OUT FOR ME and had waiting was more then the allotted by the insurance. So first they tell me the charge is for taxes and fee, as every American pays taxes!!! REALLY (which he repeated quite rudely 4 times in our conversation), then when i asked the insurance to call for me and help me work this out, they tell them that the car was more then insurance allowed...Well which is it Taxes and fees? OR was the car was more than allotted by insurance??? NEVER WAS IT DISCUSSED WITH ME that i would be responsible for any taxes and fees OR that the car "they picked out for me" was more! I would never have agreed to take it.... The manager still has yet to call me to discuss and the rude employee who repeatably told me i live in American and we pay taxes on everything needs to be retrained on customer service and know what he is telling the customer to be correct on what they are being charged for....I will file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General this is not right! It seems really funny the charges for the car are exactly the 50.00 deposit they charged me and the 14.31 they said was gas....even charging me 2 times for gas!! they took 64.31 and 14.31 seems fishy to me! I will Never rent a car in Medina Ohio and god forbid i need an insurance rental again i will ask that my insurance not use Enterprise.

Am furious with you people for your deceptive business practices. When you make people put up a deposit, tell them it's returned when car is returned, I believed you. When it wasn't returned, I called and was told it takes 2 days, I call this deception. Thanks to you I have been charged 100.00 in overdraft fees because I was lied to. Not sure where your corporate office is but I plan to contact them, along with the BBC and consumer affairs

Tyler Day honored his commitment to rent a minivan for 20 days at $643.60 or less. He was fast and efficient.

After overlooking other major issues in the passed my recent experience will be my last. A year ago we rented an SUV and it accelerated on its own which was especially an issue driving in the mountains (not that its ever good!). We had to take time to find another enterprise along our route (at an airport) and when we got there there was no vehicles. We had to waste more time and money in an area that was not our destination trying to get a vehicle. We did not make argue and we're patient, even when other customers told us they would not handle it as well. Now we recently rented a truck and when we returned the lady said there were a couple dings on the back bumper. We are guessing it was there before we rented it because we didn't have it anywhere that this should have happened and we did not hit anything. It was parked in a driveway most of the time other than when driving down a highway. We did leave it in the enterprise parking lot overnight so that could be a possibility, too. The girl said she would ask for other reports to see if anyone reported these small dings another time. She said she would call when she heard back. We asked the cost if we had to pay and she said they take our deductible. I guess you need to hope your deductible is low because according to her it doesn't go on how much the repairs actually cost. We asked if we could take it to mechanic to get fixed because might be cheaper than deductible but she said enterprise has to fix it. I'm very curious if repairs actually happen for two small dings in back bumper. When there's a glare you cannot see them. I'm not happy about needing to pay for repairs I did not do but to top it off the girl never called us. She took it upon herself to charge the credit card on file without letting us know. We rent a lot and have overlooked so much with other rentals (even leaving with a vehicle that wasn't cleaned on the inside and telling them not to worry about it) but charging the card without asking or explaining anything is the last straw.
